Tricky and Tasty Thai Treats
One of the things we learned while here in Chiang Mai Thailand, at the Baan Thai Cooking School, was how to carve vegetables so that they become edible art.
Some would argue that veggies are artistic just by their nature.
If you’re in that camp, then consider what we’re doing here an enhancement of the natural art of vegetables.

Rose Flowers (from tomato peels)
