Can You Name The Middle East

Renee Fields sent this to me as a forward, and I thought I would post it here on our site, because it’s important when you hear the names of places on the news to know where they actually are.

“Drag the country’s name onto the map. There is no humbling score nor time limit, but rather this exercise is a learning tool. Don’t be afraid to make an error, and once you finish the puzzle, you will be far more educated about this very intense part of our world.”

    This was very interesting.
I didn’t know which former U.S.S.R. block country was which at all. Had trouble w/ some of Africa too. (That’s kind of embarrassing)

    Hey Sue!
I don’t think it should be too embarrassing… just an area for improvement.
I had a fair amount of difficulty with the central african countries as well. I was kind of surprised by that.
It’s a fun activity though. I’ll come back and do it in a ccouple months and see how I do then…
    Thanks for commenting!

Top 25 in Manly’s history classes has come in handy, eh Carrie? I had no problem whatsoever with the middle east.
I think I would have done better in Africa though, had I had the whole continent. And I swear to all that is holy that we didn’t learn Morroco as separated into “Western Sahara.” Really now, is it truly a separate country or are they just trying to trick me?!
I’m going to do it again now just for fun!
